DON'T LET YOUR CONCRETE LOOK LIKE THIS!

Epoxy is tricky, if you or your installer isn't experienced,
you could end up with a job like this...

Our 6 Step application process ensures a QUALITY job every time!

Grinding a Concrete Floor Before Epoxy Coat

Step 1

On the initial visit we will examine the concrete to determine the best coating option for the customer. We also measure the hardness of the concrete to ensure we use the correct tooling and preparation method. Insuring the coating bonds to the concrete for years to come.

Hand Grinding Crack In Floor

Step 2

For maximum adhesion we diamond grind and shot blast every floor to achieve a CSP (Concrete Surface Profile) of 2-3. Any minor imperfections, damage or cracks are filled and ground down. The floor is then vacuumed with a dual motor HEPA-VAC removing surface level dust particles.

Step 3

We evenly roll out a 100% solids epoxy/primer base layer.

Step 4

After the entire surface is covered with the epoxy/primer base layer, we apply the flakes, using 3X as many flakes as we need to ensure 100% coverage. Once the base coat has dried, we scrape away any excess with a  flat blade scraper, to make sure the surface is is nice and smooth before the top coat.

Step 5

Excess flakes are then scraped and vacuumed we apply an extremely durably polyaspartic top coat. The top coat is squeegeed and rolled to get a smooth finish. After the entire process we recommend no foot traffic for 12 hours, and 48 hours to park your vehicles on the surface!
